All donations on this site will help fund childhood cancer research. When you donate, you will have contributed more money per person than the Federal Government commits yearly to fund pediatric cancer research. Tay-bandz is the creation of Taylor Matthews, who was diagnosed in May 2003 with Osteosarcoma, and she passed away in February 2008. With the love and support of family and friends, Taylor started tay-bandz to raise public awareness about childhood cancers and to fund research that may one day create a cure.

Taylor received federal tax status as a 501 (c)3 corporation, had her logo trademarked and received New York State tax exempt status in 2004. Since inception tay-bandz have been sold in eight states and three countries. To date Taylor has generated net proceeds to fund pediatric cancer research of almost $700,000. She is currently funding the solid tumor research lab at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York, Columbia Presbyterian Hope & Hero's Children's Cancer Fund.

All profits from the sale of tay-bandz will be donated to non profit 501(c)(3) organizations engaged in Pediatric Cancer research and care.
